Tasked with changing the way millennials perceive American Express, we set out to prove to college students that jobs at Amex could challenge them in new and unexpected ways.
Rather than the typical talking head recruitment video, we set out to put Amex on par with tech leaders like Google and Apple, by creating department-specific videos with the modern look and feel of animated GIFs.
Social content and paid media helped drive potential candidates to the career site where they could watch all the videos and submit a job application.
